Shinagawa Beach, Balapitiya

My family trip to Shinagawa Beach in Balapitiya was wonderful, and despite the hotel’s simple exterior, the interior was welcoming and comfortable. The staff really stood out with their incredible friendliness and dedication to service. The food was decent, though it could offer more variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and each had a stunning view of the sea. However, I wish there were a better safety indicator by the glass doors for kids. Overall, it's a lovely place to unwind, with some minor areas for improvement.
